National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead our retail channel sales efforts. The role will be responsible for driving growth across existing and new retail partners, managing relationships with national accounts, and ensuring the sales organisation meets its productivity and effectiveness targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own national accounts and develop new business opportunities with current and prospective vendors.
• Create and implement a sales strategy to expand the partner roster and increase market share.
• Manage sales and channel promotion activities, including direct and indirect sales channel growth.
• Negotiate, finalize and monitor distribution agreements.
• Develop commercial propositions and upsell existing product portfolios.
• Review pricing, promotions, and market reach, and devise counter‑actions to competitor activities.
• Drive daily order generation, chase distributors for deliveries and payments.
• Maintain and update the weekly sales pipeline, track performance of regional distributor accounts, and manage targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a similar national or key‑account capacity.
• Comfortable presenting to national accounts and managing long‑term relationships.
• Results‑oriented, numbers‑driven and goal focused.
• Ability to build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in telecoms is a plus but not mandatory.
