About the role

TruTeam, part of the TopBuild family, is seeking a motivated Salesperson to promote its energy‑efficient insulation and building material products. You will join a diverse, inclusive team that values integrity, innovation, and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in the insulation and building materials market.
• Present product solutions that improve energy efficiency and meet client needs.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

Required skills
