Digital Operations AI & Growth Specialist

About the role

Afriwriters is seeking a Digital Operations AI & Growth Specialist to lead its digital transformation and support international mobility services. The role blends operational efficiency, AI‑driven automation, graphic creation, and performance‑focused digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online applications, digital workflows, and appointment scheduling across official platforms.
• Organise client records, digital documentation and conduct advanced internet research and verification.
• Implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate AI‑assisted content, and explore emerging AI technologies.
• Maintain and optimise digital collaboration tools, cloud storage, CRM systems and WordPress sites.
• Create social media graphics, marketing materials, brochures, posters and short promotional videos using Canva, Photoshop and video editors.
• Plan and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn; drive lead generation, SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation and marketing analytics.

• Creative, solution‑oriented and highly organised with strong attention to detail.
