Remote Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team on a contract basis. You will own the paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, write compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Deliver clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic, and revenue to the wider team.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI across multiple accounts or internal projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable optimizations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
