Remote SEO/SEM Specialist (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to work remotely on a full‑time basis. You will own both organic and paid search strategies, driving traffic, improving visibility, and maximizing ROI across Google and Bing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO audits to boost organic rankings.
• Optimize meta tags, landing pages, site structure, and user experience for search engines.
• Launch, monitor, and refine PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve cost‑effective acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building initiatives to increase domain authority.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO and SEM performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Research competitor strategies and stay updated on algorithm changes and AI‑driven search trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
