Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw web data into actionable insights. You will own the implementation of tracking solutions, analyze user behavior, and produce clear reports that guide our digital strategy and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to spot optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau.
• Partner with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to boost digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
