About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide remote support for a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, answer user questions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer support calls.
- Assist users with inquiries about mobile phone rentals and related services.
- Communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Accurately document each interaction.
- Follow internal processes and maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1).
- Previous experience in customer support or call‑center environments.
- Proven ability to handle inbound calls.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
Required skills
- Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
- Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14.
- USB headset with wired connection.
