Global GR Operations and Systems Specialist

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Global GR Operations and Systems Specialist to strengthen government relations (GR) processes and coordinate donor workflows across a 100‑person GR team. This role will support leadership, drive team development, and ensure effective use of systems and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leadership meetings, team retreats, and the global performance management calendar.
• Develop briefings, talking points, and coordinate rollout of compliance tools across multiple countries.
• Run department‑wide learning initiatives such as a skills academy and mentorship program.
• Partner with global teams on cross‑functional projects to improve efficiency.
• Oversee implementation and use of CRM software and advisory councils, auditing stakeholder engagement.
• Act as the main administrative and logistical link between GR and business development for major public donor processes (e.g., GCF, GAC), tracking donor activities and ensuring smooth data flow.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a team‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
