Programme Analyst – Women’s Economic Empowerment & EVAWG

About the role

The Programme Analyst will support the implementation and management of the Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) and Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) programmes in Burundi, under the guidance of the Programme Management Specialist/Head of Programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the implementation, monitoring and administrative management of the WEE and EVAWG programmes.
• Draft and prepare programme documents, presentations, meeting notes and narrative reports for donors and partners.
• Maintain both hard‑copy and electronic filing systems, ensuring up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, civil society organisations and UN partners to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Support field monitoring activities and contribute to data‑driven reporting and results‑based management.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Must be born on or after 01/01/1994 (not older than 32 years at the time of application).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing presentation materials.
• Experience with Results‑Based Management (RBM) approaches for monitoring and reporting.
