About the role
The Project EiE/ECD Coordinator provides overall leadership and direction for a humanitarian education project, ensuring high‑quality delivery, efficient use of resources, and compliance with protection standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead programme management, overseeing budget, resources, personnel and partners to meet project objectives.
- Ensure technical quality, humanitarian standards and protection mainstreaming across all activities.
- Coordinate with MEAL team to embed monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability mechanisms.
- Facilitate regular learning reviews, risk management and mitigation planning.
- Produce timely, accurate reports and documentation in line with donor and organisational protocols.
- Collaborate with other programme teams, awards, advocacy and communications units to ensure integrated approaches and high‑quality communications.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing humanitarian education projects or similar programmes.
- Strong understanding of protection, MEAL systems and results‑based management.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
