About the role
NTU International is seeking a qualified expert to provide administrative, logistical and project support for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role involves ensuring smooth implementation of programme activities, monitoring contracts and finances, and coordinating events and stakeholder engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support for programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring.
- Assist with financial reporting, budget tracking and preparation of related documentation.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
Required profile
- University degree (minimum three‑year) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, with a focus on contract monitoring and event organisation; experience in Africa is an asset.
