Direct Sales Agent (Commission)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for motivated individuals in Burundi to join its network of Direct Sales Agents. As an independent contractor you will promote a range of digital services to businesses and private customers, working on your own schedule and earning commission on every successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients – businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals – who could benefit from BagginsHQ’s digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match clients with appropriate services such as digital marketing, hosting, corporate email, and Baggins TV subscriptions.
• Generate service orders and invoices through the portal; the system handles order processing.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track earnings, manage withdrawals, and monitor performance via the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, driven and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with a commission‑based income model.
• Good communication skills for client outreach and relationship building.
• Willingness to use the BagginsHQ agent portal for registrations, orders and reporting.
