Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated by the cooperation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development within international cooperation.
• At least 4 years of experience designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes, including gender analysis, sex‑disaggregated indicators and inclusive stakeholder participation.

Required skills

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese (considered an asset).
