IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation and ongoing management of our organization’s servers, networks, storage and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, performance and security of all technical operations while supporting the IT team and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and maintain servers, network devices, storage solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance and robust security across the entire IT landscape.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage backup strategies, disaster-recovery plans and business-continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex network and server environments.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
