Learning and Development Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead our remote employee growth initiatives. In this fully remote position you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning across our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D programs with business goals.
• Create engaging e‑learning modules, virtual workshops and micro‑learning content for a distributed audience.
• Own and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Manage the Learning Management System, ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive and properly tracked.
• Forecast, monitor and optimise the annual L&D budget; negotiate with external training vendors.
• Analyse training metrics, conduct skills audits and report ROI, using learner feedback to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to build leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of L&D experience, including at least 2 years in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies and instructional design.
• Excellent written, verbal and virtual presentation skills.
