Remote Drupal Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Drupal Web Developer to join our remote team. You will design, build and maintain complex web applications and digital platforms using Drupal, collaborating with project managers, designers and fellow developers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain Drupal‑based websites and applications.
• Write clean, secure PHP and JavaScript code for custom modules and theme modifications.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs into Drupal systems.
• Perform core updates, apply security patches and ensure module compatibility.
• Test, debug and optimise sites for speed, responsiveness and 99 % uptime.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge and support teammates.
• Document technical specifications and system architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Drupal 9/10 (expertise in Drupal 9/10 preferred).
• Strong self‑motivation, time‑management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Drupal 9/10 (including headless/decoupled implementations).
• PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Git, command‑line tools, CI/CD pipelines.
• Docker or similar local development environments.
• Automated testing frameworks.
