Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this role you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts and initiating contact across phone, email and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers in international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
• Provide continuous market insight, including prospect objections, trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales or customer acquisition.
• High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power supply.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
