Senior Project Manager – Global Health Tech

About the role

Bluesquare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large health‑technology projects across multiple countries. You will act as the main liaison between clients, partners, and technical teams, ensuring delivery of high‑quality digital health solutions in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, defining needs, shaping solutions, and creating short‑ and medium‑term roadmaps.
• Oversee projects from design through implementation, managing budgets, donor reporting, and contractual obligations.
• Navigate institutional and governance structures, engaging ministries, donors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical leads to guarantee quality of deliverables and capacity‑building activities.
• Maintain and update project management tools such as JIRA and Odoo.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑partner, multi‑country projects in the health or technology sector.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, and build collaborative relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly (2‑3 times per year) to implementation sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JIRA for task tracking.
• Experience using Odoo for project and resource management.
