Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets related to the Africa‑EU space collaboration.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including case studies and policy briefs.
• Maintain and update digital knowledge platforms and ensure EU‑compliant visibility.
• Facilitate the dissemination of technical and policy content to stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum one year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, preferably in the space or STI sector.
