Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International seeks a qualified Non‑Key Expert to drive stakeholder mobilisation, organise institutional events, and manage innovation competitions and matchmaking activities within the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Plan and support institutional events and outreach activities.
• Coordinate innovation competitions and challenges.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking between public and private actors.
• Contribute to policy dialogue, knowledge exchange and private‑sector engagement.
• Assist in developing institutional partnerships and investment strategies.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation, institutional communication or ecosystem mobilisation.
• At least one year of experience supporting institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges, and B2B/B2G matchmaking.
• Experience in stakeholder mapping and maintaining engagement records.
