Network and Telecommunication Administrator

About the role

The organization seeks a skilled Network and Telecommunication Administrator to design, implement, and maintain its IT and communications infrastructure across headquarters and field offices. The role supports both internal operations and remote sites, ensuring reliable connectivity, secure networks, and effective telephony services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and recommend LAN/WAN, internet, wireless, and remote‑access solutions based on client requirements.
• Design, deploy, and manage internal telephony, VoIP, and IP‑telephony systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, hubs, VPNs, firewalls, and related hardware/software.
• Maintain local internet connectivity, remote access, and VPN services.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and security policies.
• Assess, recommend, and oversee CCTV and other security‑related systems.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance monitoring, and risk assessments for network services.
• Document requirements, architecture impacts, and compliance with policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing enterprise network and telecommunication infrastructures.
• Ability to work with client teams to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for hardware, software, and security issues.
