Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft and publish engaging multimedia content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with mobile/desktop video editing tools.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and content performance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Graphic design basics for creating static social posts.
