UGC Content Creator (Short‑Form Video)

About the role

Safynex is seeking a freelance UGC Content Creator to produce short‑form, experience‑based video stories that showcase its travel and car‑rental services in Bujumbura. The creator will integrate Safynex into everyday activities and turn them into authentic, engaging videos for social media.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and film short‑form video content that highlights Safynex services in real‑life settings.
• Record and edit all footage using a smartphone, delivering a polished final video.
• Ensure the storytelling feels genuine and relatable rather than a traditional advertisement.
• Collaborate with the Safynex team to align on brief and deliver content on schedule.
• Provide links to personal social‑media profiles and previous video examples for review.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera in English, French, Kirundi or Swahili.
• Natural, articulate and creative communicator.
• Based in Bujumbura with access to a smartphone capable of high‑quality video.
• Ability to record and edit own content.
• Previous experience with UGC, lifestyle, travel or social‑media content is a plus but not mandatory.
